Informs customer of loctaion of
store merchandise in retail establishment. Provides information
about services, such as laundry and vaelt services, in
hotel. Receives and answers requests for information from
company officials and emplyoees. May call employees or officials
to information desk to anwser inquiries. May keep reocrd of
questions asked.
